Suspects arrested following Milton robberies

On Tuesday March 8th , 2011, at 9:45 p.m., two suspects followed a male as he walked home along Bell Street, Milton. The lone male was talking on his cell phone and one of the two suspects ran up from behind, snatched the phone and fled the scene.

On Thursday March 10th, 2011, at 10:55 p.m., two suspects followed a male as he walked along Miles Street, Milton. The suspects approached the lone male and demanded he turn over his possessions. During this encounter the suspects had their faces covered by bandanas and were holding knives. The male had no valuables on his person and the two suspects fled the scene empty handed.

On Friday 11th March, 2011, at 9:50 a.m., a young person attempted to purchase a cell phone he had seen on ‘Facebook’, in the Derry Road and Bronte Street area of Milton. During this attempted transaction the two suspects selling the phone brandished knives and demanded he turn over money. The young male handed over an amount of cash and fled the scene.

No one was harmed during these incidents.

Members of the Halton Regional Police Service, 1 District Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested and charged two suspects in relation to these incidents:

Brandon Frocking, 18 years old, of the Town of Milton: Robbery (2 counts)

A 17-year-old male from the Town of Milton: Robbery (2 counts); Theft under $5000
